About this idea:
Use of tide and wind turbines across the Laguna Madre on the
TXDOT RMA Causeway (where privite funds used by TXDOT to build the Causway and let private interprise make the payback.) The green energy can make "An Emerald City" for all on SPI.

I worked my way from an entry level clerk to head of the Leasing Dept. at Lamar Outdoor. I then partnered with KEM Outdoor. I did over 40 billboards in just one year, which is unheard of in this industry.
What ideas are out there? Please vote for mine
